Private Virtual Yoga Session

All clients will receive a free 15 min Discovery Call. The session will include breath work, grounding, a physical practice and end with a guided meditation. Getting to know my clients and their goals on and off the mat will help me serve each and every warrior, as I guide them to self-realization.

Private Trauma Informed Yoga Session

As a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, I am aware and able to hold space for clients who have experienced trauma. I am trained on the language and poses to use and/or not use to provide a safe space for healing and the practice of yoga. 

Private Yoga For Anxiety Session

Breathing techniques and specific yoga poses will be used to help ground and center you, in order to relieve anxiety. Clients will be given tools to help ground themselves on and off the mat.

Yoga Nidra Session

Yoga Nidra has been proven to help with anxiety, depression and PTSD. It is referred to as yogic sleep. You will be guided into a deep level of relaxation where your physical body is asleep yet your mind is alert and awake. Yoga Nidra is a great way of improving your mental health and helping you in handling life stressors with grace. All clients will receive a free initial 30 min discover call prior to session. 

Private Virtual
Mindfulness Session

The mindfulness session will consist of breath work and practices to use to lead a life full of mindfulness. Journal prompts will be provided to help you on your journey of self-realization, which you will complete on your personal time. 

6 Week Mindfulness Coaching Program

 The program requires an application and discovery call to assess if you are a coachable candidate ready to work complete my program. By the end of the program you will be have the skills and tools to live your truth by leading a life of mindfulness and self awareness.
